When you register in IBS with your billing and shipping address, the shipping costs can be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you go to the Checkout. You need not have to enter your details everytime you buy products from IBS. Its enough if you just login to the site using your username and password. Rest of your details will be retrieved automatically.

When you login to the site, you will be able to change your billing and shipping details, view your order details and change your password.

If you are going to use the same computer, you need not even login everytime. You can just enable the "Remember my ID on this computer" option in your computer. You can turn off the option whenever you want.

When you register in the site, to avoid any confusion, the login name you enter should be unique. If the login name you enter already exists, you will be propmted to enter a different login name.

If you have lost your password, go to the "Lost Passwords" page under "Customer Service" and enter the email address you registered under. If there is a match in our database, your password will be sent to the email address given.
