What are the benefits of registering
on the IBS site?
Once you are registered with your shipping
address, the shipping costs can be calculated
and displayed in the shopping cart before
you go to the Checkout. Additionally,
you can save your shopping cart or even
create and save different shopping carts.
When would I need to save the
shopping cart?
We save the content of your cart for 24
hours. If you want to return to the site
more than 24 hours later to Checkout,
you should save your cart first. By saving
the content of your cart, you will also
be able to access the cart from different
computers.
I have registered on the IBS
site. Do I have to "Login" every
time I visit the site?
No. If you are using the same computer
and browser, you will be recognized automatically.
You don't need to Login or re-register
before Checkout.
Is there a way to Logoff and when
should I do it?
If you are sharing a computer and don't
want others to see your address information
or order history you can press the "Logoff"
link at the bottom of the Home Page.
I have ordered on the site and
didn't Logoff on the computer I was using.
Will anybody accessing the same computer
be able to use my Credit Card information?
No. Every user will be asked for their
e-mail address and password again at Checkout
for security reasons.
I accidentally gave out my password
to somebody else. Is it possible for this
person to view my Credit Card information
at Checkout?
No. Your Credit Card number will not be
displayed on any page.
I registered on the site and
appear to be logged in. Why am I asked
for my e-mail address and password again
at Checkout?
Every user is asked for their email address
and password again at Checkout for security
reasons.
My email address has changed
since I registered on the IBS site the
first time. Do I have to register again?
No, you can change your email address
and your other personal information on
your profile page. Go to "My Account"
and log-in (if you are not already logged-in).
Click on your name above your address.
You will be able to change all necessary
information on the resulting page. If
you need to change the credit card you
are using for an order, you can still
do that during Checkout.
I want to change the Credit Card
Number that I used for an order on your
site some time ago. Where can I do that?
On the first page at Checkout, you will
be given the option to change your payment
information that is already on file. Just
mark the checkbox under "Change payment
method or update credit card information"
and you will be able do any necessary
changes on the following page.

When I try to register or sign-up
as a new customer, I get an error that
says my e-mail address already exists.
Why is this?
More than likely, you are already logged-in.
Check the top left corner of the IBS Home
Page. If it says "Welcome to IBS"
and your name, you are logged in. If you
are logged in already, you won't be able
to re-register or log in again with the
same email address.
I don't remember which password
I have used when I registered on the site.
What do I do?
Go to the "Lost Passwords" page
under "Customer Service" and
enter the email address you registered
under. , If there is a match in our database,
your password will be sent to the email
address given.

address I have used when I registered
on the site. What do I do?
If you are logged-in, you can go to the
"My Account" page and view your
personal information by clicking on your
name above your address. You will be able
to check your email address there.
I know exactly the email address
and password I registered under. I still
get an error message at Checkout, even
though I appear to be logged-in and my
name has been recognized. What is the
problem?
It is possible that you accidentally misspelled
your email address (some people use complicated
email addresses) during registration.
In this case you won't be able to checkout.
If you are logged-in, you can go to the
"My Account" page and view your
personal information by clicking on your
name above your address. You will be able
to double-check your email address and
change all necessary information here.
When I try to go to a page or
press a button, I get an error screen
saying "Page can't be found".
What can I do to get past this error?
Press the "Back" button in your
browser and redo what you were trying
to do on the previous page. Make sure
to re-enter the password, if this error
appeared on a form page where you had
to give your password.
When I use my "Back"
button, my password and personal information
is not there anymore. Why does this happen?
For security reasons, this is built into
the site. You don't want anybody to press
the "Back" button in your absence
to review any of your sensitive personal
information.
My computer tells me that your
site is not secure. Is it?
Yes, the IBS site is absolutely secure.
You see this message on some pages usually
followed or preceded by a message stating
the page is secure. In any case, you will
be able to see the "lock" security
symbol at the bottom of your browser as
proof of a page being secure. If you are
leaving a secure page, you also have to
agree to view the following non-secure
page.
Why are some pages on your site
secure and some are not?
Only the Checkout process is using secure
pages to encrypt your personal data when
it is being transferred to the web server.
What does it mean when there
is a "socket error" in processing
my credit card?
This error means there is a problem processing
your credit card. If there is a problem
processing you Credit Card online, please
contact customer service at the toll free
number 1-888-700-SPAS. One of our sales
representatives will be able to manually
process your Credit Card number again
or discuss alternate payment solutions
with you.
