Label Lead Time: Depending on your
level of customization, lead time usually
runs from six to eight weeks upon signed approval
of final designs and receipt of purchase order.
Custom and non-stock componentry and raw materials
may lengthen lead time. Innovative Body Science
will not purchase any needed componentry,
raw materials or printing services until a
50% deposit is received and will be applied
toward final invoice.
Artwork: If your label design
is to be created by Innovative Body Science,
a nonrefundable setup fee of $500 must be
received before design work will begin. Client
will supply camera-ready logo.
Labels: All label printing
charges are to be paid for by customer when
ordered. Labels owned by the customer will
be stocked free of charge.
Delivery: Freight is F.O.B.
Carlsbad, California. Orders are sent UPS
ground unless otherwise specified.
Terms: All silkscreen orders
require a 50% down payment for hard costs,
with 30 day net upon credit approval. Custom
componentry owned by the customer will be
stocked for a period of three months free-of-charge.
After the third month, components will be
shipped back to the customer or a storage
fee will be charged.
