Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB Carlsbad, CA.
Lead time on stock products is 3-5 business days, unless backordered.
Orders are sent UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Terms
C.O.D. or pre-pay required for all orders until credit is established and for all orders under $300.00.
Credit application and resale certificate (if applicable) required.
Terms are net 30 upon approved credit.
Discount of 2% if paid with in 10 days.
All custom orders, printing, and screening charges are 50% down, 50% due upon completion.

Payment methods accepted are MasterCard, Visa or company check.

Returned Checks
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. There will be an 18% interest charge on all late payments.

All artwork is property of Innovative Body Science unless contracted separately.

Product Guarantee
We always guarantee our product against defects. If a product is defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you. All we require is that you notify us within 30 days and request a return authorization.
