PRODUCT TRAINING
We encourage your staff to take pride in their responsibility as wellness professionals by sharing information with their clients about the products that are being used in their treatments. We help change their perception of this role from "sales people" to "client educators." We emphasize the importance of therapists encouraging clients not to leave their spa experiences behind. We look at your staff as in-house marketing resources.

HANDS-ON TRAINING
We are happy to help train your staff on treatment protocol for any of our products. We will demonstrate in-depth procedures for spa treatments and therapies that result in high quality and consistent services for clients.
Training is available at our facility in Carlsbad, California for a minimal cost of $150 per day.
Or training may be done at your location for an additional cost.
